Description:

• Ensure catering, support and manpower strategic orientations of the company in terms of developing new business in the Philippines area

• Ensure the knowledge, the analysis and the synthesis of the market segment:

– Gather, analyze and update all information related to the segment and prospects

– Identify the strengths and weaknesses of SOS/SOMPS and its competitors

– Identify the areas of lack of knowledge of the market, and with lucidity, take actions to fill these areas

– Take into account all information in Marketing & Sales Operational Plan (MSOP) in coherence with the Development Strategy of the company

• Responsible for the elaboration of the Development Strategy on the market segments:

– In the MSOP, define the targets and priorities and design the operational plan on market segment and for each target

– Participate to the promotion of the image of the company on the market segment

– Participate in the retention of existing contracts on market segments

– Identify trends in the local market to adjust the strategies accordingly

• Ensure the implementation of MSOP and the response to Invitation to Tenders:

– Guarantee a signature performance on market movements

– Identify the expectations of the prospects, design and write the commercial proposal specific to the prospect requirements & expectations

– Negotiate, when agreed in the policy, to go to the conclusion

– Analyze the decision of the client to extract relevant information, drawing return on experience after 3-6 months of new contract life, resulting in gap analysis

– Assist on the mobilization phase along with the operations to ensure a consistent deployment of the promise.

• Prepare relevant commercial documents

– General brochures presenting the services of the company

– Personalized presentations tailor fitting to the prospect requirements

– Technical and financial proposals

• Ensure that projects the company want to engage to are viable

– Propose comprehensive Profit Loss (P&L) study

– Clearly define required CAPEX for each project

– Use synergy between each project to achieve scale savings

• In regards of the marketing tools required for successful sales conclusion, recommend and/or coordinate with the group resources for offer deployment and local market adjustments

• Reporting: Commercial report in a weekly basis highlighting the sales funnel, market moves, gap analysis and other commercial & marketing KPI

• Other assignments given occasionally or on a daily basis by immediate superior or the management



Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Hospitality Management/Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related

• At least 3 years solid experience in Business Development

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)

• Excellent negotiation skills

• Strategic thinking and statistical analysis skills

• Adept with business proposal and contracts management

• Proficient in using CRM tools, particularly Oracle CX or Salesforce
