Social Media Marketing Manager

We are looking for experienced individuals who possess a good understanding of the various digital channels and loves interaction with people to join us!

Responsibilities

  • To brainstorm for ideas with functional teams to create content such as blogs, articles, presentations, webinars, e-newsletters and support digitally focused efforts by actively maintaining Social Media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube etc.) for creating brand awareness
  • To research on data, write, edit and proofread content for optimization on both printed and digital marketing materials for approved digital channel distributions and maintain consistent use of words and images to promote a consistent brand image across all approved content channels and target market, as required
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing efforts with tracking and analysis, develop insights and optimize spend / performance based on the data
  • Brainstorm for new and creative growth strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Work with external agencies and vendors
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Support sales and lead generation efforts

Requirements:

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Mass communication related field preferred
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Able to multi-task, set priority and manage time effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience in SEA markets is a must, preferably Philippines
  • Able to function independently and with an initiative

Salary: ₱145000 - ₱180000
