The Job Title: Social Media Marketing Intern or Executive

Varal’s mission is to make it easy for people to apply to institutions in the United Arab Emirates [UAE] via automation. The first step is to build a Document Vault and Chat function accessible via an app and desktop with RPA in the backend.

Job Description:

  • Market company products and corporate brand
  • Define the type of corporate messages and frequency based on the Brand image of Joyful, Simplicity & Authentic.
  • Work with the company historian & storyteller to extract appropriate messages
  • Set up a time table to post them on social media sites
  • Plan and manage the company pages on its website, social media pages, hiring platform profiles and continuously populate with content based on brand identity
  • Similarly plan and execute messaging consisting of text, video, podcasts, interviews, on SM company pages, Twitter feeds and hiring sites
  • Be able to understand and use metrics from analytics platforms to keep refining messaging and keep building the brand reputation of Joyful, simplicity and authentic

Total Compensation: INR 15,000 to 20,000 / month

Application Process:

Your application along with the others will be shortlisted as quickly as possible

Next those within the 1st shortlist will be invited for preliminary interviews by an HR led panel

The 1st interview will be held on: 09-May-2021 via Google Meet and you will be informed on the same day whether you have been shortlisted for the next round of interviews.

Those in the 2nd shortlist will be given a project to see whether they understand the job requirements and can actually do the job. This will also give you an opportunity to see if you want to become a Varalian and work with Varal.

Those successfully completing the project will be invited to present their projects, via Google Meet, in a final interview with the CEO and MD, which will be held a few working days after the 1st round of interviews.

Your presentation should be around 30 min. Details will be given with the project assignment.

The selected person will be given a contract for an unlimited period and be expected to join Varal immediately.

Salary: INR ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month / 9762.96 Philippine peso – 13014.67 Philippine peso per month



Requirements:

Education: Degree in Marketing; Certificates from Facebook or other SM platforms will be a bonus

Experience: 0-3 years of experience

Skills required:

  • Understand the concept of Social Media Marketing
  • Market Varal products, Varal branding + Clinic products
  • Manage company pages on website, social media. Work on Twitter
  • Varal products today and future digital ones
  • Varal brand: Joyful, simplicity, authentic
  • Understand and be able to leverage communication using different media e.g. company websites, hiring platforms, social media messaging in text, videos, podcasts and graphics
  • Understand the role of branding in the total marketing mix as different from company product marketing
