Seller Business Developmet Manager


  • Handle all inquiries from key suppliers interested in onboarding with Eezee
  • In partnership with the CCO, maintain mid-level relationships with key suppliers through a series of engagements to support:
  1. Information and Data of continuous engagement plan
  2. Execution of strategic seller projects
  3. Quarterly reviews
  • Support the management of Eezee’s order process:
  1. Claiming of orders on Eezee’s platform
  2. Ensuring adequate stock levels of orders by verifying with sellers
  3. Ensuring orders are managed for fulfilment within SLA daily before Logistics/Fulfilment team takes over
  • Runs smoothly while managing the workload between Seller Success and Account Executives
  • Ensure information managed by Seller Success and Account executives are recorded accurately and up to standards and sent to Supply Chain Team, including but not limited to:
  1. VIP prices
  2. Price fluctuations (e.g. due to raw materials shortage)
  3. Lead time fluctuations
  • Support and ensure Seller and Sourcing workflow requirements meet SLAs for our internal clients
  1. Customer Success team
  2. BD/ Buyer team
  3. Enterprise Account team
  4. Supply Chain Team
  • Attend joint meetings with buyer team when requested to understand the customer’s requirements and align sellers on the best support to provide
  • Work closely with sellers to obtain timely information on product showcase or technical bulletin for monthly EDMs to enterprises and/or marketplace
  • Guide Seller Account Executives to research Suppliers to find the best products and prices available within a given market
  • Support any other projects or activities run by Seller Account Director


  • Problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, and strategic planning skills; strong motivation; business and finance understanding
  • Able to work in a fast phase environment
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field

Salary: ₱55000 - ₱75000
