Job Description:

The Inbound/Outbound Sales Representatives interact with potential customers and attend to their enquiries over the phone regarding Home Internet and Mobile services. High level responsibilities include:

  • The Inbound/Outbound Sales Representatives interact with customers and attend to their enquiries over the phone regarding Home Internet and Mobile services. High level responsibilities include:
  • Servicing existing customers and cross-selling based on their needs
  • Make first interaction with potential customers to buy products creating an impact to consumers.
  • Sell the product by creating a “need” for customer highlighting the benefits of the products so customers can imagine what it feels like having our services.
  • Ensure orders are properly submitted with the right personal information of the customer, plan, and contract, and coordinate with different teams to resolve issues or requests that may arise in the beginning of the transaction.
  • An expert in all areas; call handling, product knowledge, objection management, sales report, processes, and even outbound skills.

Requirements:

Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Host Certificate; Graduate of any 2 or 4-year course is favourable
  • 6 months’ sales experience for any consumer type of products
  • Inbound/Outbound telephone sales experience in a call centre environment is an advantage
  • Excellent customer service attitude
  • Above average English communication skills; Proficiency in English verbal and written skills is a must
  • Friendly, positive manner and great at establishing rapport with customers
  • Experience with billing, credit card payments or financial matters is desired
  • Experience with Sales / Collections background is desired
  • Experience selling multi-product consumer products over the phone is an advantage

Salary: ₱10000 - ₱15000
