Sales Representative (Temp Work at Home) – TeleTech I.T Park

What you’ll need to qualify:

  • Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
  • Handy with MS Windows and other computer applications
  • Previous sales experience is a plus – with customer service-oriented skills such as empathy, active listening, and resolution-minded aptitude
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment

Technology and work environment requirements (Temporary Work from Home):   

·        Have the right connection – a home internet connection that is >15Mbps (you may do a quick check through   

·        Computer – we’ll supply and deliver at your doorstep   

·        Must be able to hard-wire (via ethernet cord) directly into your home modem   

·        Must have a quiet workspace that is within a reasonable proximity of your router so that you can plug in while working 

·        Must be residing within Cebu

·        May require reporting on-site if the trainee experiences any Power/ISP issue for that day


What your typical day will consist of:

·        Work in highly measured sales environment – contact rate and conversions

·        Generate sales by managing and processing high volume of inbound sales calls and provide the requested information, including product and service material, deals and promotions 

·        Facilitate sales of all services according to company and client’s requirements 

·        Facilitate client requirements with preparing all new contracts, service agreements and/or sales for the same  

·        Conduct proactive consultative analysis to new and existing customers 

·        Perform all follow up for outbound calls and consistently ensure optimal levels of client satisfaction.
