Responsibilities

1.    Supervise the training and development of sales consultants and accredited brokers

2.    Monitor the implementation of the daily attendance system of sales consultants

3.    Monitor the daily management, project presentations, and customer satisfaction feedbacks

4.    Coordinate closely with the SDC team, Marketing team and Sales teams 

5.    Regularly collate the daily report, weekly report, monthly report and quarterly report of the sales teams

6.    Lead the team to visit the distribution channels and consistently provide support and encouragement for the sales teams to work for our company;

7.    Discuss with the sales teams regularly to understand the difficulties and understand the sales teams’ suggestions for the improvement of sales performances.

8.    Ensure the implementation of sales policies as approved by the management;

9.    And all other duties and responsibilities which are not limited to this that may be assigned to you by the Head of Sales.

Requirements:

Position Summary and Qualification:

The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of sales teams, providing active support for sales activities, project presentations and site visits, and ensuring implementation of sales policies.

 

  • Has 5 years and above work experience as Sales Operations Manager or related
  • Has background experience in sales admin and sales operations in Real Estate Industry
  • Has Bachelor’s/ College Degree
  • Ability to communicate well and professionally in both oral and written English
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic planning skills
  • Highly organized and can work under pressure
  • Has effective leadership

Salary: ₱50000 - ₱70000
