As COVID-19 continues to cause uncertainties around the world, one of our top priorities is to keep our employees safe. We have already rolled-out our Teleworking Practice for our team based in the Philippines, which allows our staff to work remotely, while Metro Manila is under Enhanced Quarantine.

Given such, the successful candidate will be provided the necessary equipment and support to work remotely, during regular/official working hours, until the quarantine is lifted.

After which, the successful candidate will need to report, as per business as usual, to our office located in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

As our Sales Executive, Global Markets you will be assigned tasks that require project management, market research & analysis, sales and business administration skills.

Reporting to our, Project Management Head, Business Development, your core responsibilities include:

  • Identifying business opportunities by determining prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifying product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Responding to pre-qualification questionnaire and information requests
  • Monitoring sales workflow actions and next-step client correspondence using follow-up templates
  • Internal traffic circulation of correspondences sent thru information requests.
  • Document transformation, template creations and updating internal trackers, database, etc.
  • Management of Internal Sales Platform and client relations management tools.
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

WHAT YOU NEED

A graduate of Business Studies, Administration, Management, Communications, Marketing or any of its equivalent with at least 3 years relevant experience.

  • You have attained a consistent track record of success in closing business sales, and creating and managing a pipeline of opportunities
  • You are driven to learn through experience, flexible and understand cross-cultural practices
  • You are highly motivated, confident and goal-oriented
  • You are open to product and system training
  • You are an excellent communicator, with the ability to explain complex processes and to demonstrate services over the phone, email, etc. with your peers, senior management, key stakeholders and clients.
