Sales Executive


The Distinto Beverage Solutions, (sister company of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf) is looking for a Sales Executive who is responsible for implementing sales strategies to promote and sell the company’s products and services to relevant clients and accounts. 

The Sales Executive sees to it that all existing customers are served from end-to-end, ensures that quotas are met, and seeks out new opportunities to grow the business by generating leads, engaging with prospects, demonstrating product features and benefits, negotiating, and closing deals. 

The Sales Executive will be responsible for monitoring target sales achievement in line with the company’s overall objective, delivery completion, and sales collection. He/She will also coordinate with the Client Services and Technical teams to ensure accounts and clients are ultimately given an excellent, personalized solution for their business needs.


  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by keeping abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Reviews Personal Sales Performance and prepares Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Sales Updates/Reports
  • Maintains Client Database
  • Coordinates with the Service Providers for inventory management, logistics, invoicing, etc.
  • Attends trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings as needed

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Management/Marketing or any related field.
