Sales Development Representative / Inside Sales

EMPLIS is the premier Los Angeles (USA) based Staffing & Search firm that is trusted by its clients to supply them with best-fit candidates for their open positions. Quite literally, we ask our clients to judge us by the quality of candidates we present them with. To expand our growing internal team, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative/ Inside Sales anywhere in the Philippines (remote/ work from home).

 

THE ROLE

You will be part of our sales team in a company with enormous growth potential. As you learn and succeed, you’ll be eligible for new opportunities and financial rewards. Your primary focus will be the qualification of pre-existing sales leads. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will come in handy as you call and email our prospects to ascertain their commitment and readiness to do business with us.

You are unafraid of simply picking up the phone and calling executives that our lead generation specialists have identified as being in the market for our services. You are highly motivated and competitive, with a strong work ethic. It is a plus if you have a basic understanding of recruiting. You have good time management skills and even better attention to detail. Understanding LinkedIn and Sales Navigator is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead a productive dialogue with our prospects
  • Formally qualify leads that are assigned to you in CRM
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals
  • Assist sales team with identifying emerging trends & areas of potential growth
  • Provide constructive feedback and relevant data to help improve the pre-sales process
  • Manage prospecting status and updates in CRM
  • Tack and measure results for reporting to management



Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Outstanding, native-level English skills
  • Strong social skills and communication skills
  • Able to assert influence, yet diplomatic and high EQ
  • Willingness to work EST or PST shift
  • Resourceful, detail oriented, organized, and ability to manage time
  • Strong listening skills, ability to take direction and execute
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • 2+ years of working experience in a comparable capacity
  • Proven ability to work remotely in a globally distributed team
  • Computer savvy – proficient with CRM & Outlook
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Salary: ₱30000 - ₱45000
