Job Description:


  1. Attain desired percentage of activated sales force as determined by the Company;
  2. Determine training requirements by studying and analyzing sales and marketing strategic plans and current sales results.
  3. Accomplish sales training and activation by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining sales force;
  4. Regular consultation and communication with Sales Managers and Sales Directors;
  5. Review results of trainer coaching and evaluate training effectiveness;
  6.  Develop job results resources by designing information systems;
  7. Maintain libraries and databases;
  8. Build interactive and integrated job support systems;
  9. Develop managerial capabilities by orienting new sales managers;
  10. Conduct management training programs, provide learning resources and coach individual sales managers;
  11. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations;
  12. Accomplish sales training and organization mission by completing related results as needed;
  13. Prepare and complete action plan;
  14. Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards;
  15. Resolve problems and complete audits;
  16. Identify trends and determine sales training system improvements and implement change.
  17. Any and all other acts or things necessary or required in order to accomplish or perform the abovementioned duties and responsibilities; and
  18.  All other duties and responsibilities not limited to those mentioned above that may be assigned by the Corporation.

Position Summary and Qualification:

The Sales Activation Manager- Training will oversee the Training and Compliance for Sales personnel.

  • Has Bachelor’s degree
  • Preferably with good network in real estate
  • Expertise in sales training for real estate
  • Has sense of urgency and responsibility
  • Ability to communicate well and professionally in both oral and written English
  •  Has effective leadership
  • Willing to work in a start-up company


Salary: ₱50000 - ₱55000
