Sales Accounts Manager

Description:

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ø Continuously generate client leads to buy and rent property

Ø Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals

Ø Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property

Ø Oversee the preparation of quotations, proposals, approval of documents such as purchase agreements and lease contract.

Ø Manage the day-to-day relationship within their new set of existing customers and pipeline leads.

Ø Shall exclusively promote, market, and sell all current product offerings of Arreo Realty

Ø Manage toll-free, chat, and email inquiries, and may endorse qualified sales inquiries to property specialist.

Ø Shall update activities of prospective clients in the customer database.

Ø Shall accomplish regular weekly/monthly prospecting/sales reports

Ø Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property before closing deals

Ø Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network.
