➢ Creating, managing and designing layouts of communications such as presentations, newsletters, event support materials, research papers, and brochures  

➢ Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals  

➢ Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press release and podcasts)  

➢ Manage end-to-end digital projects.  

➢ Work with copywriters and graphic designers to coordinate needed components for emails.  

➢ May be assigned for some copy creation (i.e. website content, blogs and social media posts) depending on business needs. 

➢ Pulling monthly engagement and financial statistics to analyze and recommend ways to improve results.  

➢ Develop, evolve and execute business processes across email marketing channel to support business needs.  


✓ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field ✓ Excellent oral and written communication skills ✓ Comfortable with presenting ✓ Experience with marketing — 2+ years ✓ Working knowledge of product research ✓ Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Analytics ✓ Experience in leadership ✓ Strong oral and written communication skills ✓ Fully competent and knowledgeable of the fundamentals of managing the marketing department
