SALES ADMINISTRATOR (VIRTUAL ASSISTANT)

Description:

Key Accountabilities:

 Create weekly reports for the sales team and management

 Track sales goals and monthly progress

 Contract administration: create, send, sign, file, and distribute as appropriate

 Distribute sales leads

 Monitor onsite ad performance (scheduling ads, managing campaigns, troubleshooting)

 Become CRM expert – proficient in operation of CRM, able to anticipate problems /

opportunities with CRM capabilities, and able to teach others on how to use CRM

 Update records in CRM and assess the level of completeness, filling in missing information if

needed

 Administer and maintain customer sales and communication records in CRM software

 Generate and update reports within CRM and support the maintenance of the database

including data entry

 Input all inquiries into CRM

 Collaborate with internal stakeholders

 General sales team administration and support

Sales Administrator Job Description:

 Strong operational mindset (process orientation, ability to envision flow of information

through a database, dedicated to distinct source of truth) 

 Strong technical skills with using business software and a willingness to learn new skills

 Dedication to stakeholder satisfaction

 Willingness to address opportunities and areas for improvement head on

 Great interpersonal skills and act as a go between within departments to ensure that sales

opportunities flow through the sales cycle

 Ability to stay organized in a fast paced environment and prioritize tasks appropriately



Requirements:

  • 3+ years in a sales administration role
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Gmail, Docs, and Slides)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Salary: ₱25000 - ₱30000
