Recruitment Specialist


  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
  • Develop recruiting strategies that meet anticipated staffing needs
  • Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
  • Performing end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques for IT roles (e.g. social media recruiting and other IT recruitng platforms)


  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably those who worked as an IT Technical Recruiter in a Headhunting firm industry
  • Must have a wide database and connections with IT Technical roles
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter
  • Technical knowledge to be able to talk to job prospects and understand qualifications
  • Must be willing to stay-in during COVID (free accommodation and meals)
