Sourcing

  • Posting, sourcing, screening of applicants through different Job Portal and Social Media

 

Recruitment

  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, abilities, attitude and experience.
  • Process background checks (Employee Reference and Character Reference Check)
  • Maintain recruitment report on a daily basis (Status of Applicants requirements, request and variances)
  • Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas)
  • Conduct New Employee Orientation (NEO)



Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Exposure to Manpower / Outsourcing industry is an advantage.
  • Must be familiar with various recruitment techniques.
  • Must have handled mass/volume hiring.

Salary: ₱15000 - ₱20000
