- Lead generation and processing of candidates through resume/phone screening, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with Recruiters and determine position prerequisites.
- Data Management, proper candidate feedback and dispositioning of leads in all sourcing channels.
- Identify/initiate sourcing strategies to help the hiring requirements
- Conduct market intelligence to understand hiring landscape variations and updates.
- Conducts Reference Check for both agent and non-agent applicants
- Ensures that required number of processed applicants is met on daily basis
- Ensures that all vacant positions are posted on job posting sources
- Plans, implements and evaluates sourcing initiatives
- Represents the company during sourcing events
- Updating and sending of sourcing report.
- Conducts Preliminary Interview online.
- Performs other tasks assigned
- Bachelors degree in BS/AB Psychology/HRM, required
- Internship experience in HR/Recruitment, BPO setting is preferred
- Must be reliable, detail oriented and confident in dealing with different people
- Must have a strong personality
Salary: ₱15000 - ₱20000
