- Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles
- Serving as a go-between for candidates and hiring managers
- Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end
- Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior, and executive)
- Informs job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
- Assists in the development and updating of job descriptions for current/new positions.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Flexible and can work with less supervision
- Ability to meet hiring goals within a fast-paced environment.
- Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, extended work hours, holidays, and weekends
- Knowledgeable about Microsoft offices such as but not limited to Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
- Should be okay with project based (may be absorbed by the company if performing)
- Able to work graveyard shift
Salary: ₱15000 - ₱20000
