Record Retrieval Specialist (Home-based)


As an at home Record Retrieval Specialist (USA Healthcare-HIPAA), you will retrieve medical and other healthcare records for U.S. based clients from your home office. You need to follow up the requests until completion and use your best judgments and our guidance to proceed with the next step. Because of our growth, we have numerous opportunities for work @ home agents from the Philippines.

Responsibilities include:

Being available to work 7-8 hours per day, up to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Ensuring top-notch customer service.

Required Qualifications:

Available to work at U.S. ET and PT time zone

Voice BPO work experience

At home work experience

Telemarketing or call-center experience in making outbound calls

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Problem-solver personality type

Home office w/high-speed internet connection, wifi not accepted

Must have a USB headset


Entrepreneurial spirit

Pass criminal background check (NBI)

Experience in healthcare or legal field is a plus
