Real Estate Lead Manager


What will you do?

  • Ensure that the leads submitted to the Acquisition Team have high motivation to sell
  • Call assigned leads and vet the property if it is a worthy investment for the company
  • Decide what is the best resolution based on property condition and customer need 
  • Nurture and follow up leads when needed
  • Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline
  • Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail and text communication, and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle


  • At least 2 years of closing or negotiating business and/or high-level sales experience (documented on the resume)
  • Extremely strong phone skills, and close to excellent ability to build rapport
  • Very articulate, confident in speaking with foreigners, has a neutral accent
  • Able to determine the motivation and pain points of the seller 
  • Has a customer-centric mindset and not just after hitting their numbers 
  • Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated and extremely goal-oriented; US real-estate background is PREFERRED!
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies

Salary: ₱35000 - ₱50000
