REMOTE – Senior Property & Office Manager for US Based Real Estate Investment Firm

You’ll be responsible for managing the daily operations of the company’s rental portfolio (30 units and growing steadily) and handling tenant relations. In addition, you will be the tip of the spear working on improving the operations, efficiency and profitability of the portfolio by conducting market research, sourcing new vendors, and compiling company KPI reports, amongst other duties. Finally, you will work with management to refine, enhance and document our processes into our standard operating procedure workbook.

Additional Requirements:

–      At Least 2 Years of Proven/Verified Experience in Property Management

–      Work in Eastern Standard Time & Be On Call 

–      The Company is Seeking Long Term Employees Only

–      Proficient in Microsoft Office and Property Management Software

–      Strong Organizational & Time Management Skills

–      Self-Driven And Results Orientated

–      Excellent Communication Skills & Outgoing Personality

–      Native Command of the English Language, both Written and Spoken

–      Strong Professional References Required

–      Minimum of 50MBS Stable Internet Speed

–      Able to Type at Least 50 WPM

–      Native English Speaker HIGHLY PREFERRED
