Quality Manager


1.    Process consultancy for critical projects

2.    Work with respective GH/SPM/PM on start of new project/ work package to conduct the project criticality assessment rating using project criticality assessment rating tool and share the rating and report with respective GH/SPM/PM

3.    Ensure that project management processes are adhered as per the project management treatment specified in the Tailoring guideline. 

4.    Handle – End to End Transaction Quality & Process Improvements for the outsourced process.

5.    Analyse trends at an IDU level based on metrics collected from projects in the IDU

6.    Contribute to bids and customer presentations

7.    Drive quality initiatives for the IDU

8.    Provide MIS to the IDU Head

9.    Participate in audits and reviews

10. Ensure timely closure of audit NCs

11. Monitor and improve process compliance and performance for the IDU

12. CSAT action planning and tracking for the IDU

13. Provide pre-sales support

14. Handle escalations

15. Participate in process definition and improvement initiatives

16. Mentoring Quality Consultants


  1. Graduate- Any discipline, MBA’s preferred.
  2. 6-8 years of experience
  3. 4-5 years experience in Telecom BPO.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication.
  5. Excellent people management, man management skills.
  6. Experience in conflict-resolution, negotiation and client-handling.
  7. Strong interpersonal and influencing abilities.
  8. Good process management skills.
  9. Able to think strategically, and develop business plans.
  10. Able to work in terms of business opportunities, growth, revenue.Has experience to train people on Quality tools/PDCA/Six Sigma/LEAN/VSM

  1. Led & mentored process improvement projects and demonstrated significant benefits (Tangible/Non Tangible)
  2. Ability to manage knowledge, replicate best practices from other locations/processes to improve process performance

Salary: ₱70000 - ₱75000
