Quality Assurance -Customer services



Location – Manila

We are looking for QA testers who can analyze the performance of our customer services teams and their processes and ensure we are optimizing our output.

In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. If you are also competent in executing test cases and are passionate about quality, we’d like to meet you.

Key responsibilities for this position are as follows:

  • Executing test scripts and reviewing results
  • Reviewing and analyzing all CS communications and performance
  • Reporting and documenting all issues
  • Providing detailed feedback to trigger improved results
  • Report mistakes and errors to the departmental manager
  • Conduct mystery shopper testing
  • General troubleshooting and reporting


Key qualifications for the successful candidate must possess are as follows:

  • Proven QA testing experience or a position of a similar nature
  • Experience with QA methodology 
  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
  • An analytical mind with good problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational ability
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience of providing QA testing in a CS environment previously is preferable.
  • Preferably an interest in Sports and Gaming

Salary: ₱15000 - ₱25000
