1.        Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions;

2.        Finding clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations;

3.        Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns;

4.        Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale;

5.        Promote our company thru various sales and marketing activities;

6.        Maintain a good connection with clients and expound connections;

7.        Client Management;

8.        Meet the requires sales target;

Requirements:

Position Summary and Qualification:

The Property Consultant is responsible for achieving growth and sales targets

 

  • College Level (Has at least 72 units)
  • With or Without work experience
  • Preferably has successful previous experience as a sales representative
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibility at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
  • Must have the ability to interact with people effectively as seen in the overall performance and sales production
  • Must have the ability to communicate well and professionally in both oral and written English

Salary: ₱10000 - ₱15000
