Product Marketing Specialist

Product Marketing Specialist to join our Research team. As a Product Specialist, you will serve as an internal and external advocate for the Research team and their suite of products. While we work hard, we never miss an opportunity to have fun and we take good care in hiring for cultural fit.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launch)

● Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns)

● Collaborate with design, development, sales, and accounting teams to implement strategies

● Exceed clients’ or customers’ expectations, in terms of product/service quality, features

and benefits.

● Determine how many marketing qualified leads (MQLs) are required in the funnel in order to optimize conversions and meet product revenue goals (measure and track conversions )

● Own the user experience and site usability of the product

● Build and refine product user/buyer personas

● Measure lead quality against the persona

● Ensure MQLs are passed to sales reps via CRM platform

● Responsible for email automation and tracking campaign results

● Ensure products are meeting revenue goals



Requirements:

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

● Ideally 2-3 years of digital marketing experience

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent

● Background in design and copywriting is a big plus

● You are the voice of the customers in product discussions. You are passionate about delivering the highest quality product and unparalleled user experience to our customers

● Results-focused; you’re comfortable challenging the status quo and seek opportunities to continually improve

● Strong analytical skills; you’re a problem solver who provides creative solutions and is very proficient in breaking down problems into logical steps

● Superior written and verbal communication skills; you’re a natural communicator that excels at sharing information with both technical and non-technical audiences.

● Strong data-driven approach to decision making (via KPIs and metrics); you’re comfortable leveraging and interpreting numbers to back up your recommendations

● Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and partners; you’re good at finding consensus and getting agreement from a diverse group of people with conflicting interests

● People would describe you as collaborative, analytical, and enjoyable to work with

Salary: ₱30000 - ₱35000
