Job Description:

* Handle Inbound customer service support calls from different customers 

* Up selling products that the company offer 

* Solving every customers concern and problem with best information 

* Targeting high numbers of sales and maintaining productivity 

* Continue and gaining new learning on the products and services 

* Performing professional customer care representatives 


Minimum Requirements:

– At least High school graduate / College undergrad / College graduate

– Average to Exceptional communication skills in English and great call handling skills

– Must be flexible for changes and has the sense of urgency

– Willing to work on shifting schedules including graveyard, weekends and holidays

– Savvy in computer & internet navigation

– With or Without call center experience

Salary: ₱15000 - ₱20000
