PEOPLE EXPERIENCE OFFICER

Functional Overview: 

KMC is looking for a People Experience Officer who will be a part of the learning and engagement team of People and Culture. This role is primarily responsible for the analysis, design, development and implementation of training and engagement programs for employees. This role is also responsible for ensuring that there are regular, applicable, and timely program offerings for external KMC employees. This position requires a dynamic yet strategic individual who is both knowledgeable and passionate about people programs.

This position serves as an L&D strategic partner for staff-leasing key accounts. This role must effectively coordinate with HR Business Partners, Account Managers, and clients. The PEX Officer must also be skillful in developing communications strategies, designing programs, creating instructional materials, utilizing available learning resources, among others, applicable for online, face-to-face, and hybrid setup. The PEX Officer will also conduct necessary research, TNA, evaluation, and other data gathering techniques to ensure quality and effectiveness of programs. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create a strategic learning and development path to support the growth of staff-leasing accounts.
  • Create robust webinars, e-learning, e-book, learning videos and other learning materials for KMC-University library of learning materials
  • Conduct human skills and communication skills training, as needed
  • Conduct training needs analysis and utilize available data in identifying learning gaps for specific key account client.
  • Conduct focus group discussions with external employees in collaboration with Account Managers and HR Business Partners
  • Coordinate and align with internal contacts (HR Business Partners, Account Managers) and external contacts (Client Point-Of-Contact, Training Officers) to identify training needs of key accounts
  • Support growth of key accounts by customizing learning and engagement programs specific to their needs
  • Rollout optimized training per key account
  • Design, analyze, create, and facilitate applicable and timely training programs for external employees
  • Ensure that there are relevant, timely, and applicable training and engagement program offerings for all external employees every month
  • Source for resource speakers or training vendors for key account needs
  • Support the People Engagement Officer in conducting general and optimized engagement activities for employees
  • Support HR Business Partners in echoing optimized engagement activities for clients
  • Generate traction of all learning and engagement programs for external employees, analyze trends and provide recommendations
  • Create programs that will support ESAT and CSAT results of external stakeholders
  • Support and recommend communications strategies in promoting programs and activities for external employees
  • Ensure that the different internal communications platforms (NewsPod, Virtual Cafe´, among others) are accessible for all existing employees



Requirements:

Minimum Competencies: 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledgeable about conducting training needs analysis
  • Capable of conducting training and engagement programs for online, face-to-face, and hybrid setup
  • Competent use of tools used for learning (LMS, Microsoft Powerpoint, Sharepoint, etc.) and data reporting (Excel)
  • Competent use of tools used for designing publication materials (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
  • Basic to intermediate video editing skills using Adobe Premiere, Powtoon, Canva, among others

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Graduate of a four-year college degree, preferably Education, Communications, Psychology, or any related course.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience as L&D supervisor or officer
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strategic and charismatic, with strong interpersonal skills, and with the ability to deal with diverse types of people
  • Self-motivated, creative, self-starter
  • Ability to create content by blending existing and new ideas
  • Experience with producing publication materials and training videos
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time efficiently
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment where priorities might change week to week
  • Track record of success

Salary: ₱10000 - ₱15000
