Outbound Live Transfer Agent

Description:

Type of position: Full time – Onsite

Work time Zone: 8am-5pm EST (US hours)

Days of Week: Monday-Friday

  • Looking for a warm lead generation outbound caller that focuses on ‘live transfer’ process within the Education sector
  • This is a unique opportunity to be employee #1 for a company that recently started outsourcing to the Philippines
  • Huge potential to expand to a team of 10-12 in 2020, great opportunity in terms of growth and promotion
  • Develop leads from job boards and people who are interested in considering training as an option
  • The School Admissions person will be the one to handle the deep sales of the conversation (primary role is to verify and then transfer/connect to the school POC)
  • Bonus up to a maximum of 20% for agreed targets
  • No irate customers :)



Requirements:

  • Great English, no accent issues, hardworking
  • Can follow a script and adlib as well when needed
  • Experience in selling and cold calling is essential
  • Ability to handle new tasks independent of manager

Salary: ₱25000 - ₱30000
