Office Staff/IT

Description:

  • Handling incoming calls and other communications.
  • Managing filing system.
  • Recording information as needed.
  • Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands.



Requirements:

·        Graduate of Information Technology or any related course.

·        Preferably Female, 22-35 years old

·        Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office and Excel

·        Highly organized and willing to work extended hours

·        Can work under pressure and minimal supervision

·        Willing to do other tasks assigned (versatile)

·        Must strictly comply with the company policies and procedures without hesitation and reservation

Salary: ₱10000 - ₱15000
