About the role: We are looking for a self-driven, dedicated, smart, and reliable go-getter to join our team in Mortgage Broking! You will mainly be responsible with liaising between clients (homebuyers) and banks from loan applications all the way through to settlement.

Task and Responsibilities:

• Provide admin support to the Mortgage Broker

• Complete data entry of applications

• Track the status of loan applications from lodgement to settlement- liaising with banks, solicitors, and clients as necessary

• Complete day to day general admin duties for existing and new customers

• CRM Management ensuring client database is kept up to date

• Conduct needs analysis, product assessment, and funding position based on the client’s situation.

• Manage the Loan process from submission to settlement

• Liaise with both the Lender and Client by providing real-time updates on the application process

• Always ensuring that Loans adhere to and meet all the strict regulatory guidelines.

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 2 years relevant previous experience handling assistant or administrative responsibilities or experience in customer service or related field preferred• Must have excellent client liaison skills

• Experience and competency using Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook

• Have the ability to multitask, work towards deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP

• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)• Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills

• Solid organizational and time management skills

• Self-directed and able to work without supervision

• Strong customer service and presentation skills

• Must have the ability to multitask projects

• Must also be able to motivate themselves and work independently

• Additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
