Marketing supervisor oversees the Marketing Department that handles promotions for Clink
Bodega OPC. More specifically, he/she create strategies and promote brands, working with the
advertising, sales and graphics personnel to generate interest in the companies' products and
services. Marketing supervisor works in practically every industry, from importation to retail to
food to manufacturing.
Coordinate Marketing efforts with the Managing Director on:
Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
Generating new business leads.
Increasing brand awareness and market share.
Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and
production departments.
Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.
Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
Overseeing the marketing department's staff.
Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
Requirements:
Age Range: 23 to 30 years old
Educational: Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or relevant.
A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
Experience: At least two years' experience as a marketing supervisor
Salary Range: PhP18,000.00 to PhP20,000.00
