Learning And Development Manager


  • Develop and implement a learning strategy that is in line with Eezee’s OKRs 
  • Consistently research and share top talent development methodologies, trends, and approaches with HR team for aligned development of Eezee’s talent 
  • Collaborate with functional leaders to understand key skill areas needed for the team 
  • Enable and ensure pro-active development conversations happen between 
  • Line managers 
  • Team members 
  • Monitor the success of development plans and ensure everyone is accountable to action steps 
  • Develop and execute Eezee Academy’s roadmap 
  • Recorded training programmes 
  • Live training programmes 
  • Required readings and podcasts 
  • Maintain and report talent development metrics in a consistent manner 
  • Oversee relationships with 3rd party providers 


  • Significant and broad experience within Learning and Development and strategic leadership in similar small / medium sized, fast paced organization
  • Demonstrated performance of people development across the value chain encompassing a broad range of learning programmes
  • An inspiring leader, managing a small team, you will be highly motivated, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Partnering across the business, the role requires exceptional communication and influencing skills engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders

Salary: ₱30000 - ₱45000
