Description:

  • Responsible for recognizing areas for improvement within Programs/LOBs
  • Identify and implement necessary changes to enable the business to perform to its optimum ability 
  • Review new and existing processes, resources and systems, making and overseeing any changes to the process technology where necessary
  • Act as point of contact between different departments within the company and relevant third parties
  • Drive, lead and manage major and complex change at pace to increase efficiency and improved outcomes, ensuring involvement and engagement with key stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with the senior leadership team of the Program and stakeholders 
  • Implement technology solutions to provide better business intelligence to programs to enable them to improve operational performance
  •  Implement technology solutions to help reduce redundant work, reduce repeat contacts, improve self-service, improve efficiency of programs 
  • Conduct analytics on contact evaluations and highlight trends



Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience with program management, process excellence or quality management
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification or Training
  • BPO or relevant work industry experience
