Key Accounts Managers

Description:

Purpose:

Deliver the required number of subscribers with corresponding revenue by motivating sales agents through proper deployment and execution of planned activities within his/her assigned territory.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

PLANNING

Execute sales strategies by planning his/her advance daily itinerary thru proper deployment planning and on the ground relevant/essential sales activities.

MONITORING HABITS and CONTROL

Conduct weekly sales meeting with TPD’s/OM’s/TL’s with an objective/Agenda that discuss sales flow thru from Daily Turn-ins, APOPs, Compliances, sales deficits and other concerns. Ensure as well that advance sales activities are being discuss for proper deployments. 

HIRING

Help and ensure his/her area of responsibilities maintains a sizeable TPA’s and agents to sell company’s product and services.



Requirements:

Education: Minimum Educational Qualifications for this position

College Graduate of any course

Relevant Experience:

2-5 years related working experience

Business Understanding:

Sales and Marketing, ICT, Retail and Distribution

Salary: ₱25000 - ₱35000
