SPOC between Trustwave and bank client
> Managing and handling alerts, dashboard and playbooks between bank client SOC team and TW SOC
>Monitoring and triage support including incident ticketing and escalation during business hours
>Incident Reporting and Resolution coordination
Splunk knowledgeable and to also be able to access TrustWave Dashboard
SLA will be the standard SLA provided by TW to their Managed Security Services ( SIEM ) ( Change Management, Technology replacement, Incident Management and Threat Detection SLA’s) within 8X5 coverage
Scope: Monitor BDO Splunk and TW dashboard also personnel will be in charge of filing and monitoring for MSS tickets and accessing the support portal of TW. No other engine/portal only BDO and TW.
Salary: ₱35000 - ₱40000
