Infor CRM Consultant (Cebu/Bacolod/Makati/Ortigas)


Technical Skills:

  • Perform consulting services for CRM implementation projects in the following areas: Requirements gathering, Data gathering, Business process management review
  • Application and workflow design
  • Project management
  • Basic and intermediate configuration and testing
  • Report development
  • End-user training and ongoing support services
  • Gather and document business processes (BMP)
  • Facilitate project risks assessment and analysis
  • Create functional design documentation for projects assigned
  • Assist the Project Manager and Solution Architect with designing the system, related customization, and reports to model the client’s organizational processes 
  • Coordinate with developers on custom development and complex customizations 
  • Develop test plans and scripts
  • Conduct system and end-to-end testing of the application

Hand on experience:

  • Meet productivity and efficiency standards (billable hours and realization rates)
  • Contributes to the development of project plans and work task schedules
  • Develop appropriate peer-level relationships with clients, interacting with the client project

  • Participate in strategic “path forward” discussions/meetings with clients as assigned

  • Configure, customize, and test our CRM system according to the client’s requirements
  • Write and maintain project documentation based on provided specifications
  • Provide end-user and system administrator training as needed
  • Continuously improve knowledge through research and self-study
  • Actively seek to understand and identify additional revenue opportunities within client base
  • Identify and make recommendations to improve processes, methodologies, and best
  • practices
  • Perform mentoring and/or coaching to Associate Consultants and share knowledge among
  • all team members
  • Communicate with technical services team to ensure a project’s technical requirements
  • are met

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems or equivalent
  • Possesses business consulting, project definition, estimating, strategic and tactical planning skills
  • 2+ years consulting experience (CRM/ ERP Enterprise Software Solutions preferably)
  • Consulting experience w/ CRM platforms (e.g.: Infor CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, SalesForce, etc.)
  • Experience with Activity Management platforms such as Trello
  • Experience with Infor CRM
  • Professional presence suitable for direct client interaction( both remotely and in-person)
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Core product or technology certification or CRM equivalent experience
  • Fluency in English (Oral and Written skills)
  • Must be willing to work on a day shift or night shift schedule

Salary: ₱30000 - ₱60000
