Job Description

  • Sourcing qualified candidates for open roles.
  • Serving as a go-between for candidates and client.
  • Coordinating the hiring process from marketing to client.
  • Create and publish job ads in various portals
  • Screen resumes and job applications
  • Conduct initial phone screen and assessment
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings


Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year experience in IT Recruitment
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft offices)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work well independently but must also work as part of a team.

Salary: ₱10000 - ₱15000
