- Sourcing qualified candidates for open roles.
- Serving as a go-between for candidates and client.
- Coordinating the hiring process from marketing to client.
- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Conduct initial phone screen and assessment
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 6 months to 1 year experience in IT Recruitment
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft offices)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to work well independently but must also work as part of a team.
Salary: ₱10000 - ₱15000
