IT Helpdesk


Duties & Responsibilities:

Basic Helpdesk Support:

  • Analysis on ticket types & requirements for strategic effort to eliminate cause
  • User Setup and Termination Requests
  • Bug Investigation
  • Troubleshooting requests from clients
  • Setup of restricted organizations
  • Adding or Removing Security rights
  • Analysis of reported errors
  • Setup of automated document delivery

Escalation of Incidents to Business Process:

  • Requests for training, customized reports/documents
  • Security Access
  • Setup of master data
  • Requests for system upgrades
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader/client
  • Tasks will be thru ticketing system and may include calls to service providers as needed


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of solid and recent 1-year experience in a technical support role
  • Good customer service and technical/troubleshooting skills
  • Preferably with Freight Forwarding or Logistics background
  • Experience in using Zendesk is an advantage
  • Excellent English skills in both written and oral
  • Ability to cope with repetitive or continuous support queries
  • Solid computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • With positive attitude towards difficult situation
  • Willing to work in Ortigas area/Temporary work from home with at least 10mbps internet connection
  • Amenable to morning and weekend schedules as needed

Salary: ₱20000 - ₱25000
