  1. Coordinate hiring activities
  2. Prepare and post job ads online
  3. Help with resume screening and initial phone screens
  4. Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates
  5. Greet and assist interviewees onsite
  6. Coordinate travel for fly-in candidates
  7. Process background checks
  8. Maintain candidate database
  9. Handle records and paperwork
  10. Resolve issues as fast as possible (e.g. interview cancellations)
  11. Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas)

Position Summary and Qualification:

The Human Resource Officer is responsible for sourcing, recruiting and hiring of new employees.

  • Has more than 3 years work experience as Human Resource Recruiter assistant or related in Real Estate Industry
  • Has Bachelor’s/ College Degree
  • Ability to communicate well and professionally in both oral and written English
  • Preferably with 3 yrs recruitment experience
  • Experience hiring from entry level to managerial position
  • Experience working in real estate is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Highly organized and can work under pressure
  • Can work well independently and with team

Salary: ₱20000 - ₱30000
