Hr Assistant

Description:

Human Resources, Psychology, Business Admin, Communication Graduate

Responsibilities:

– Provide back-office support and services to managers and HR teams

– Upload, update and maintain data on various HR systems and issue reports and analyses

– Contribute to the improvement and automation of HR processes or preparing business requirements

– Ensure the completion of various relevant Audit requirements within defined timelines, to ensure statutory compliance



Requirements:

– Proactive

– Can work with minimum supervision

– Excellent MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) skills and fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)

– Can handle bulk/mass recruitment

– Tech-savvy/Social Media-savvy

– Can multi-task

– Willing to be assigned in Dalig, Antipolo City

– Photoshop/Layout skill is an advantage

Salary: ₱10000 - ₱15000
