Hiring for Team Leader – Cebu City


  • Manage a team of 15 Pharmacy Technicians / Clerks
  • Achieve Team Goals: Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly
  • Ensure that the team meets productivity and quality goals
  • Implement HIPAA, Healthcare/Process Regulations, and Company Policies
  • Lead by example in all aspects of the business
  • Reports directly to Deputy Manager for daily team performance and other projects assigned
  • Coach and mentor technicians/clerks and develop them continuously
  • Motivate technicians through rewards and team building activities
  • Support technicians/clerks in their day to day transactions
  • Maintain 201 files and submit payroll reports
  • Drive day to day team performance
  • Drive innovation and process improvements
  • Analyze team performance and formulate action plans to address opportunities
  • Actively participate in project’s regular townhall and other activities
  • May be assigned to work on special projects and business initiatives


  • Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred
  • Graduate of Medical Allied Course Preferred. College degree required
  • Experience managing a team as a Supervisor (at least 2 years)
  • 2+ years working experience in Healthcare account
  • Call Center experience preferred
  • Willing to work night shifts/extended hours
  • Knowledge in NPS

Salary: ₱30000 - ₱50000
