Head of Growth
We are looking for a Head of Growth ( Marketing ) for our client, a fast-paced, US supplement company based in Indianapolis.
This role is 100% remote work.
- Major focus of this role is to drive growth for existing brands.
- Identify eCommerce and Amazon trends to better service clients.
- Help develop marketplace performance analysis and reporting capability, including dashboard development, and reporting
- Creation and maintenance of new and existing Product Catalogues
- Help grow the team, source creative team members
- Other ad-hoc tasks that will support Seller Central activities
- Take ownership of growth initiatives for each brand: identifying weaknesses and opportunities, creating a pre-engagement deck to support sales efforts, implementing growth strategies, tracking and analyzing progress, owning creative direction and designer coordination, planning promotional campaigns
- Build strategic insight to guide the team on delivery.
- Have hands-on experience and be ready to play a hybrid role/ roll up their sleeves until the team grows further.
- Create reports, set benchmarks, and create the assessment criteria to drive company further
- Amazon Price analysis = Identify which items have been selling well, which haven’t and make a clear decision on the required outcomes
- Assists in business discovery sessions that get to the heart of potential customer needs, to define the product’s real target audiences.
- At least 3 years of experience in heading growth in an Amazon brand management company
- Amazon marketing experience is a must
- Understanding of the Amazon selling models
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- MUST be familiar and proficient at Amazon Product launches
- Expert in Google Sheets and Excel
- Well versed in MS Office including Word and Powerpoint
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Agency relationship/management experience
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with an ability to meet deadlines
Salary: ₱100000 - ₱130000
