HR/Office assistant


Our company is looking for an experienced HR and Office Assistant to be responsible for handling clerical tasks around the office and assist our Plant manager with daily duties and errands. As an assistant you will be handling incoming phone calls and other communications, greeting clients and visitors, as well as managing files, updating paperwork /documents, and performing other general office clerk duties and errands. To perform well in these roles you should have prior experience or education in human resources, prior experience as an office assistant or HR assistant is a plus.


HR Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
  • Conducting and preparing reports on employee performance.
  • Maintaining and preparing reports on workplace health and safety compliance
  • Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.

Office Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls and other communications.
  • Data Entry
  • Managing filing system.
  • Recording information as needed.
  • Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
  • Coordinating events as necessary.
  • Maintaining office equipment as needed.
  • Aiding with client reception as needed.


  • Minimum of a high school diploma. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business management or a related field is a plus.
  • Must have computer software and data entry skills; Efficient in Excel and Word.
  • Good communication skills. English is a plus.
  • Basic accounting math skills.

Salary: ₱10000 - ₱15000
