Job Description:

  1. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  2. Determine selection criteria
  3. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  4. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  5. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
  6. Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  7. Lead employer branding initiatives
  8. Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  9. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  10. Coordinate with hiring managers regarding on schedules.
  11. will do most admin works for the recruitment team



  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree
  2. Professional Experience: with at least 1-2 years of experience
  3. wiling to work onsite at Robinsons Cybersigma, Mckinley West, Taguig


  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, keen understanding of the differences between and various roles within organizations, and Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.

Salary: ₱20000 - ₱25000
