  • Provide full range HR services and advice based on corporate guideline and the latest regulatory framework to the designated Departments
  • Enforce effective execution of HR policies, procedure and ensure of legal compliance of management practices in Departments
  • Ensure a reliable and efficient HR operational process, including but not limited to contract management, people movement formalities, HR system updates, etc.
  • Handle grievances and disciplinary cases in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures
  • Stay abreast of local labor laws, market trend, industry players’ activities and best practices to make relevant recommendation for legal compliance and continuous improvement
  • Manage the workforce planning process to ensure that all movements are well justified
  • Manage the hiring process to ensure that relevant information and tools are in place to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the selection process
  • Ensure competitiveness of C&B for attracting and retaining talents whilst maintaining internal consistency and relativity
  • Ensure on-time execution of performance management cycle for organizational alignment in delivering effective rewards and high-performance culture
  • Ensure disciplined execution of various internal communication channels and mechanism for effective and consistent information flow and organization alignment
  • Design, develop and implement assigned HR initiatives and projects contributing to the improvement of operation, employee engagement and overall organizational capabilities
  • Support any ad hoc projects as required by the Company



  • University degree holder or equivalent. Major in human resources management is an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources profession preferably in F&B or FMCG industries, of which 2 years in managerial role
  • Fully conversant in employment-related ordinances and rules & regulations
  • In-depth understanding of all-round HR functions
  • Strong business acumen and influencing skills
  • Tactful and diplomatic in handling employee communication
  • Experience in application of Human Resources Management Systems
  • Good command of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Tagalog. Chinese language skills will be an advantage.
