OAM is experienced in designing, implementing and managing critical business processes and call center solutions for clients around the world from its Makati, Philippine operations centers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Provides support in the HR significant functional areas including but not limited to, recruitment & employment, personal records, and employee-related concerns.
•Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to: encoding, photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing forms and/or documents to 201 File.
•Administer, monitor and track a variety of personnel actions and processes including pre-employment requirements, update in employee personal information, leave requests and government mandatory numbers such as SSS, TIN, PHILHEALTH & PAG-IBIG.
•Assists HR Administrative and Payroll Officer with the timekeeping, general payroll and benefits concerned by the employees.
•Performs other duties as may be assigned
> Salary:13-14K + Health card, government-mandated benefits, 20 leave credits/yr

• Bachelors/ College Degree in Business Administration & Management/ Social/ Behavioral Science/ Human Resources Management/ Psychology or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Ability to handle paperwork and day-to-day tasks effectively and efficiently

• Willing to work in Makati
Salary: ₱10000 - ₱15000
