HR Assistant

Description:

  • Support Human Resources processes in Recruitment such as administering tests, scheduling interviews, maintaining records, posting of job openings and conducting initial interviews
  • Participate in career fairs for recruitment and company branding
  • Conduct onboarding orientation to newly hired employees
  • Assist in the implementation of the company’s Technograds Partnership Program
  • Perform clerical tasks related to Human Resources



Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management or any related course
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally
  • Familiarity with Recruitment Strategies is an advantage
  • Has the ability to work independently
  • Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply
  • Full-time position is available

Salary: ₱10000 - ₱15000
