HR Analyst


An HR Analyst is expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and conflict management skills. You will have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. To ensure success, HR Analysts should exhibit strong decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relationships and will collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data to make recommendations related to recruitment, retention, and legal compliance.


Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • At least 3 years of human resource management experience preferred.
  • Experience in a call center industry for at least 3 years handling operational HR support

Salary: ₱60000 - ₱70000
