Executive Assistants (10k Sign On Bonus – Dayshift Cebu)

About the Role:

We are hiring Executive Assistants to Clients/Business Owners to provide all-round support from rudimentary to complex and highly-administrative tasks. The role will aid with client support and daily operational responsibilities.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Email management and Servicing Mailboxes
  • Calendar Management and Appointment Setting
  • Assistant in Meetings and liasing with clients– taking notes, actions, follow-up, holding the Business Owner accountable to deliverables that he/she commits to
  • CRM and Database Management (Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, Box, In office Server, etc.)
  • Communication with providers, clients and other third-party affiliates—Voice calls, video calls, emails and messaging
  • Project Management – Process Documentation and Improvement and Compliance
  • Social Media Management as needed
  • Making sure all action items from every meeting are documented and managing related reports
  • Manage prospects, leads, and new clients
  • Help with onboarding new members as needed

Requirements:

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in a relative position (e.g. Admin/Executive Assistant,) for a C-suite, Director, or upper management executive.
  • Been in a leadership or training role or has handled B2B engagements is a plus
  • With solid Client Management experience
  • Knowledge in utilizing Marketing Tools or Platforms
  • Professional level on both verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must be a self-starter and can work independently
  • Self-motivated; able to learn on own initiative
