ERP Sales Consultant

FACT India is looking for a competent and enthusiastic Application Support and Implementation (Solution) Consultant to join our fast-paced, professional and friendly team of Application Support and Implementation Consultants working in a friendly and professional environment.

About You

You are a creative problem solver with sound interpersonal skills and a friendly manner. You will provide practical assistance and advice to clients and users over the telephone, by email and remote connection. You are focused with a comprehensive understanding of dealing with a wide variety of application software support requests.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Training :

• Project Implementation from Kick-Off to Go Live
• Requirement Gathering & Business Process Mapping
• System Setup, Configuration & Implementation
• FRD Documentation
• End-User Training

Helpdesk & Support Activities :

• Attend to Inbound & Outbound Helpdesk requests via Email & Phone etc
• Post Implementation Support
• Ability to develop loyal, ongoing relationships with customers
• Maintain high degree of customer engagement and satisfaction
• Responsible for retention and up-selling to current clients
• Diligently follow-up on renewal of Annual Maintenance Plans

Pre-Sales & Project Scoping:

• Product Demonstration 
• Assist the Sales Team in
• Project Scoping
• Documenting Proposals & RFP responses
• Sales-To-Implementation Project Handover Documentation

You may visit clients onsite for implementation and training on new projects as well as for existing clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree 
• At least 2 years of prior experience with ERP software either at a reseller, consultancy or vendor, or in an internal helpdesk or software support role with an end user.
• Comprehensive understanding of ERP and Accounting Software Systems or strong foundational Accounting knowledge
• Good communication skills
• An eye for details and strong analytical skills 
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Able to learn new software (FACT ERP.NG) quickly and thoroughly
• Will need to travel ~25% of the month for client training and implementation (Not during COVID) 

Nice to have 

• Strong accounting knowledge
• 3+ years experience in ERP Sales & Client Management
